If the customer does not have their QR code handy, you can also choose to Search User. This will search for the patient by Name or Email address.

Step 1 - Search User

Start by clicking on the SEARCH USER tab. Then, enter their name (first or last name) or email address. Any user’s matching the entered information will appear. Verify the identity with the customer.

Once you have confirmed the patients identity, tap on the correct record to select them.
