Step 1 - Open the App

Access the Onsite Testing App by clicking the icon shown below:

 

Step 2 - Login

Use your Email and Password to sign in

 

Once you have signed in, you will have the option to scan a patients QR Code or Search User.

Most often, a patient will present you with a QR code that they received via email or text after they created their appointment. The email they receive will appear similar to the sample below:

Step 3 - Check-in a customer

Check-in a customer by scanning their QR code.

Step 4 - Verify a Customer

Once you have successfully scanned their QR code, you will be presented with their information.

Verify the identify the person by asking them their name and date of birth.

Visually confirm they are at the correct location, date, and time for their appointment.

If all is correct, click CONFIRM.
